What is a Reiki Session Like?
Reiki is administered through the hands of a Reiki practitioner placed on or slightly away of the client lying fully clothed on a massage table. A table Reiki session is usually about one hour long and shorter sessions are possible. To book a session please use the Booking Page or inquire directly at victoria@yourhealingenergy.com.
Reiki energy flows from the practitioner’s hands and into the client’s body and energy field. Reiki energy allows muscles to relax and increases blood flow to treated areas, which in turn quickens the healing process.
Reiki Classes
Reiki is an effective tool for self-care and Reiki classes are available for those who wish to learn how to give Reiki to oneself or others. Classes are in-person with an online module component and comprehensive manuals. To register for a class please complete the Registration Form.
